Problem with a Internet security message and a Flash movie?

Every time I try to see a Flash movie made by me the browser give me this message at the top of the browser “To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this webpage from running script or Activex control that could access your computer.” This only happen to flash movie I made. Can you tell me how can I prevent this from happening without change the settings of the browser? The problem is in the movie I belive. Help will be greatly appreciated.

    That is related to IE 6 and how the Flash file was placed on the Web site. There’’s not much you can do to resolve the problem except upgrade to IE 7 or switch to Firefox.

    Try to visit Adobe site that I pasted here.
